pathway.

01. Application & reviewWe review scope, sites, headcount and shifts, calculate audit duration and send a written quotation.

02. Stage 1 and Stage 2 auditsStage 1 confirms readiness and documentation; Stage 2 evaluates implementation and effectiveness on site.

03. Decision & surveillanceA person who did not take part in the audit takes the decision; annual surveillance follows through the cycle.
