A certificate shows a date. The register shows today.
If a Global Energy Up management-system certificate has been presented to you, confirm its current status before you rely on it. Send the certificate number and we will reply in writing from our certificate register with its status, standard, scope, sites and validity.
A certificate applies only to the legal entity, sites, activities, standard and period shown on it — never to the organization’s products, and never to sites or activities it does not name.

Suspended and withdrawn certificates are shown with their real status. Removing them would leave a holder able to present a document the register cannot contradict.

Valid on the date of reply, for the scope shown and no more.

Suspended or withdrawn
Must not be relied on; the holder must stop all claims of certification.

No matching record. Check the number and contact us before relying on the document.
Certificate status
Active
Valid on today’s date, for the scope shown and no more.
Suspended
Invalid for its whole scope during suspension; all claims of certification must stop. Suspension normally does not exceed six months.
Withdrawn
No longer certified; the mark must not be used and references must be corrected.
Scope reduced
Valid only for the amended scope, after excluding what no longer conforms.
Expired
The validity period ended without recertification.
Restored
Reinstated after the causes of suspension were resolved and verified.

- I have found a certificate I doubt. What should I do?Send a copy with your check request. If the document was not issued by us, or is used beyond its scope, we take the appropriate action and tell you the outcome.
